Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Bell. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading our store staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise store staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained and meets company standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
