Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Marks 703. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all areas of the store are covered.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets for the store, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that financial goals are met.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine staffing needs, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Recruit, Hire and Supervise Staff and/or Volunteers: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, as well as supervise and evaluate existing staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Oversee the work of office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Additional Responsibilities
