About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Solus Decor Inc. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and prepare surfaces for finishing, including checking formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials.
  • Apply finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, imparting the desired texture and appearance.
  • Install fixtures such as anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other hardware.
  • Maintain and restore surfaces, including waterproofing, damp proofing, and repairing damaged areas.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work at heights, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related trade.
  • Permanent employment with a regular 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English is required.
