Key Responsibilities- Operate Power Vibrators: Safely operate power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve a smooth finish.
- Apply Finishing Techniques: Use hand and power tools to impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our standards.
- Install Fixtures: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required for our projects.
- Apply Coatings: Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, ensuring a durable and long-lasting finish.
- Estimate Materials: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring we stay within budget.
- Read and Interpret Plans: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of projects.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel frequently, and must be able to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
Requirements- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
