The Chartwell Retirement Residences is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing high-quality services to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
Job Summary:This is a Casual opportunity, working various shifts including days, evenings, and nights. The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of geriatric nursing practices, rehabilitation, or long-term/retirement care, as well as strong customer service skills.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care, including basic assessments, treatment, medication administration, and delegated health services.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure individualized care plans are met.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of seniors' needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $45-$65 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.
