Restaurant Manager Job Description

At Happy Food Hub, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other essential supplies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement employee training programs, ensuring staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
