Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Kwality Sweets & Restaurant. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
