Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at I-WAY TRANSPORT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff management and task delegation.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Oversee payroll administration and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- Fluency in English.
- 42.5 hours per week.
