Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at B.C. LTD. in the hotel industry. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Process group arrivals and departures
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Investigate complaints and claims
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures
  • Clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying)
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment
