Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at B.C. LTD.
Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling room assignments, and managing front desk operations. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms efficiently.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including local attractions and amenities.
- Exchange foreign currency and process guests' departures, calculating charges and receiving payments.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, will be performed as needed.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and services.
- Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
