About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful operations of a facility. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Vice President and General Manager and be accountable for ensuring the efficient management of the facility, including planning, leading, organizing, and staffing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Lead a team of managers and supervisors to ensure effective management of facility operations, including maintenance, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive reputation for the company.
  • Manage facility budgets and ensure effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Actively participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and promote a culture of safety and well-being.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred certifications include ACA and Licensed AME.
