We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Leader to join our team at AAR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operations of our facility, overseeing departments, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans, ensuring successful execution and regular reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, promoting AAR's values and culture, and fostering a strong team environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulatory agencies, and divisional managers.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to review and report on facility budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Participate in AAR Windsor's Safety Management System, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
