Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform kitchen operations.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and establish work schedules to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
