Food Service Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd.
Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and optimize productivity in the kitchen environment.
- SUPERVISE AND CO-ORDINATE ACTIVITIES of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.
- TRAIN STAFF in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- ESTIMATE INGREDIENTS and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and maximizing resources.
- Evaluate the quality of food and service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, informing business decisions with data-driven insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on food order summaries for senior chefs and management.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules, balancing employee needs with operational requirements.
- SUPERVISE KITCHEN STAFF and helpers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Fluent English language proficiency
