Food Service Team Lead

We are a leading food service provider seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in food service management. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
- Estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation;
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
- Preparing and submitting reports;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of quality control standards and customer service principles is essential.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role;
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Excellent oral communication skills;
- A team player attitude;
