Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Huron Mini Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, ordering merchandise as needed, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Cash Handling: Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks as required
- Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
