Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Huron Mini Mart. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient store operations and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
