Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Huron Mini Mart. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient store operations and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
