Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Akan Insurance.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, part-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure seamless implementation and adherence to deadlines;
- Establish and maintain effective work priorities, ensuring all procedures are followed and deadlines met;
- Carry out administrative activities, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assemble and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
- A competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications;
