At SKT LOGISTICS INC, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure optimal performance


Requirements:




  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
