Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Winston Hawthorne & Co. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on HR metrics and trends.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve conflicts and improve employee relations.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
