- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate job postings.
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage contracts and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources or a related field is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
Work Environment:
- 30 hours per week.
- English language.
