Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to general questions
  • Respond to customer emails and website messages
  • Investigate order concerns and find solutions that balance business needs and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to resolve customer issues
  • Use discretionary judgment regarding customer orders and concerns
  • Maintain a positive brand image while interacting with customers, vendors, or retailers
  • Provide price quotes and process customer orders
  • Update information and basic reports in Excel
  • Work a five-day week with Saturdays, Sundays, and two weekdays

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), QuickBooks, and Gorgias or related CRM software is considered an asset.
