Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and analytical individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager at Smucker Foods of Canada Corp. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing business goals on Smucker products on Amazon.ca and other E-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain frequent contact with Vendor Managers and work with Amazon Vendor Central
- Ensure accuracy and availability of item content on customer platforms and diagnose shopper experience
- Work closely with Category Strategy Managers, Trade Spend Analysts, Marketing and Agency partners to execute business plans
- Forecast volume, plan and manage promotions and achieve desired Accounts Receivable and Trade Spending goals
- Develop customer insights for Brand Planning, program development and post promotion evaluation
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years industry experience in Consumer-packaged goods and/or E-commerce manufacturer/retailer specific experience
- Degree, Diploma or relevant experience required
- Previous Account Management or customer-related experience an asset
- Understanding of interactive marketing and online media an asset
- Proven Leadership Skills and ability to execute strategic initiatives
- Excellent negotiating, assessment, and analytical abilities
