About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Manager to join our team at Ascensia Diabetes Care. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve annual sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including internal medicine specialists, key GPs, family health teams, and diabetes nurse educators.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute business plans that address local customer needs and opportunities.
  • Make sales presentations to targeted customers and provide market information and trends to regional team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business administration, or comparable experience.
  • At least 3 years of proven healthcare or retail selling experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to understand key data and metrics and utilize this information to improve business performance.
  • Proven track record of sales performance metrics.
