Your Impact:
We're seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at HGS. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing exceptional service and support.
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers through inbound calls and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations
- Using multiple computer systems to research products and services, and providing recommendations to customers
- Documenting customer interactions and outcomes in our systems
- Creating a "WOW" factor in every interaction through exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach

Requirements:
- You're at least 18 years old
- You can work between 7 AM and 12 AM EST, with flexibility to adapt to business needs
- You have at least 6 months of customer service experience and a strong understanding of coaching and feedback
- You're comfortable working from home with a suitable space and a hard-wired internet connection
- You have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
