About the Role

As a Store Operations Leader at Eataly North America, you will oversee the overall operations of our stores, driving sales growth, increasing profitability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with corporate and global senior leadership to understand company strategy and develop strategic plans for store operations aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Direct the store strategy and oversee day-to-day operations ensuring that Eataly standards are consistently met in terms of guest service, financial objectives, efficient processes, health and safety.
  • Labor Management: Lead management of labor, costs, inventory, regulatory compliance, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the store operations budget and implement cost control measures while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • KPI Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and improve store performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and/or retail environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Exceptional communication, leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
