  • Ensure merchandising directives and standards are implemented efficiently and visual standards are maintained.
  • Maintain store operations, ensuring the store image and environment meet company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience; fashion or home retail would be considered an asset.
  • Extensive experience in leading customer service delivery in a brand retailer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems.
  • Self-motivated to build and lead high-performing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
