We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Black Box Consultancy Services Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, and providing guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as work schedules, to ensure smooth operation of the accounting department.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Team Collaboration: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and provide guidance to team members.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
