Accounting Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Black Box Consultancy Services Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, and providing technical guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as work assignments and maintenance tasks.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Team Leadership: Train workers in duties and policies, co-ordinate and review work, and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
