Accounting Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Black Box Consultancy Services Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, and providing technical guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of equipment and resolve work problems.
- Train workers in duties and policies, and prepare and submit reports to management.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure accuracy and productivity.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work, and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Accounting Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent judgement and reliability.
