Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Black Box Consultancy Services Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of accounting functions
  • Train workers in accounting duties and policies, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless integration of accounting functions
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education in accounting or a related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
