The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. * Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspecting kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
* Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Ordering supplies and equipment as needed
* Supervising kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
