Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dragon City Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our restaurant's vision.
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and meet health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
