Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
