Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dragon City Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our restaurant's vision.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu requirements.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
