About the Role

Dräger is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets and driving business growth in the Acute Care market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our cutting-edge solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships, and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy and drive business growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and delivery of customer solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Nursing Degree or Respiratory Therapist Degree or Diploma or relevant clinical background.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Skills: Established track record of success in sales, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and managers.
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal, preferred based on territory requirements.
  • Travel: Regional, national, and international travel required, with an estimated 60% travel time to customer sites.
