We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the department's special projects, accounting software, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the accounting and finance department's daily activities, including banking and cash management, reporting, and financial statements.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial objectives are met.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team, and work closely with management to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Designation
- Strong Accounting Knowledge: Ability to handle a complete accounting cycle in a centralized environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including budgetary analysis capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computerized Accounting Systems: Above-average skills with computerized accounting systems.
