A&T Grocery is a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled Meat Packer to join our production team.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to work in our meat packing department. As a Meat Packer, you will be responsible for transporting raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials. You will also assist in feeding flattened boxes into forming machines, manually packing goods into bags and boxes or other containers, and checking products and packaging for basic quality defects.

Your duties will include operating processing machines, cleaning equipment and the surrounding area, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements
  • You must have no degree, certificate, or diploma, but we offer on-the-job training to ensure your success.
  • You should possess strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to perform repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. You will work in a clean and organized environment with minimal supervision. Your primary language of communication will be English.
