Sales Manager Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a leadership role and drive sales growth across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Collaborate with department managers to maintain clear communications between sales and other departments
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of dealership policies and procedures
  • Establish and meet sales objectives, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Current VSA MDC License and valid British Columbia Driver's License
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition, benefits include:
