About the Role
Bwysk Strategies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to lead our sales team in building strong relationships with business clients, manage negotiations of sales contracts, and drive revenue growth.
Job Summary
- This is a permanent full-time position requiring 35-40 hours of work per week.
- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales management and be proficient in MS Windows.
- We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages effectively.
- Lead the sales team in building strong relationships with business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- College/CEGEP degree.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
- The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
