Banquet Operations Manager

The Royal Palace is seeking a highly skilled Banquet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Planning: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our banquet services.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
