Banquet Supervisor Job Description

Veg Delight Pizza Bakery & Restaurant Limited is seeking a skilled Banquet Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet and event services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet the demands of our banquet and event services.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Ensure food and service quality meet our high standards by conducting regular quality control checks.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
