Banquet Operations Manager

The Royal Palace is seeking a highly skilled Banquet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of banquets and events.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our events and services.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
