Salary & Benefits: This role comes with a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $123,500 - $154,400 CAD annually. Job Description: As a Senior Edge Networking Engineer, you will work closely with our development teams and product owners to design and deploy new CDN, Security, and Performance-related infrastructure. Your expertise in web technologies, HTTP waterfalls, and browser performance metrics will drive success in this role. You will also collaborate with Scrum Leads and Project Managers to ensure timely feature delivery and reliable uptime for QA testing.

  • You will manage delivery configurations, providing input on design and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor web traffic, develop WAF/firewall rules, and analyze traffic logs to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Organize network lists, manage vendor IPs, and maintain web-based firewall rules.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 5+ years in Web Performance or Web Development roles, and strong understanding of web technologies. Advanced knowledge of CDN solutions and expertise in HTTP waterfalls are also essential.

Workplace Arrangement: This role is classified as Hybrid. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week. Applicants must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the specified work location.
