Job Title: Account Representative - Housing Program Team
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, including administration and decision-making related to advancing and disbursing funds, servicing, and lending activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, contributing to a positive corporate image and sound business relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service standards and turnaround times.
- Utilize effective communication techniques to deliver quality service.
- Respond promptly to client needs and inquiries.
- Participate in the preparation of purchase orders, progress advances, and protecting the registration of CMHC's security interests.
- Exercise prudence and due diligence to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and data quality.
About You:
- College Diploma and/or Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or commerce.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a finance or customer service role.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work in a multi-demand environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
