Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Great Lakes Copper Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the sales team, directing staff, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the sales team
- Direct staff and oversee the preparation of reports
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as answer electronic enquiries
- Perform data entry and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a client-focused approach
- Accurate and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
