Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Great Lakes Copper Ltd. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by coordinating the flow of information, planning and organizing daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Direct staff and provide guidance on tasks and projects.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members.
  • Answer electronic enquiries and provide timely responses to customers.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and perform data entry tasks.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
