Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Brandt. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by coordinating sales activities, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales representatives with customer inquiries and schedule follow-ups to facilitate the sales process.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes, purchase orders, and sales contracts.
  • Collect and verify information necessary for filing out paperwork, including licensing and transfer documents.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate and assist with test drives and truck demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage data within our CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analyze data to provide insights on sales strategies and inventory planning.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
