Podium Global Properties is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Commission-Based High Ticket Closer to drive revenue growth by effectively closing deals and converting leads into satisfied customers.

About the Role

This is a commission-based position with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $250,000, depending on performance. As a High Ticket Closer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enjoy a 10% commission on revenue (uncapped earning potential).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high ticket sales, demonstrated track record of success in a commission-based sales role, with a strong history of closing deals and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers and leads, addressing their needs and showcasing the value of our products/services.
  • Employ persuasive techniques to overcome objections and hesitations, ultimately securing commitment and closing deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits and tailor solutions to each customer's unique requirements.
  • Manage an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales stages to ensure timely and efficient deal closure.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating how our products/services meet and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high ticket sales: Demonstrated track record of success in a commission-based sales role, with a strong history of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Experience or familiarity in the Real Estate Industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, allowing you to connect with diverse audiences and articulate product value.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Proficiency in negotiation tactics, objection handling, and converting potential challenges into opportunities.
What We Offer
  • This is a commission-based position with a 10% commission on revenue (uncapped earning potential).
